Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit Thailand is during the cool and dry season from November to early April. During this time, temperatures are comfortable, and you can enjoy outdoor activities without the heavy rainfall that characterizes the monsoon season.

Thailand's peak tourist season runs from December to February when the weather is at its best. If you prefer fewer crowds, consider visiting in the shoulder seasons of November or March-April when the weather is still good but tourist areas are less congested.

The rainy season from May to October brings afternoon showers but also lower prices and lush green landscapes. Some water activities and island hopping may be limited during this time due to rougher seas.
